Wow the pies! I don’t know what more to say. Absolutely delicious. The bbq brisket is probably the best pie I’ve ever had. The caramel slice and banoffee tart were also delicious. Would 10000% eat here again.

This was my first time going to this bakery. The staff were lovely, even when customers started rolling in..I grabbed a cruffin and a cinnamon scroll. Holy hell were they good. Next time I go back I'll try their savoury bread loaf selection. Safe to say, I was in a food coma since eating then both. Thank you team.

Basically the best meat pie I've ever had in my life. My wife got me a sausage roll and I instantly knew the quality was higher than usual. The next day I asked which pies are popular, and the friendly staff suggested brisket and jalapeno. Well it's obvious why this bakery has so many awards. If you haven't been here, do yourself a flavour favour.

Been coming here for last couple years and always great service. Some of the best pies I've had here on the coast too. Top pastries, sourdough, fruit bread. Love it all. Favourite: Brisket, Jalapeno and Cheese pie 🤌🔥 Pastries are so good too.

We were looking for pies and this place was definitely a hidden local gem. Great selection of savoury pies, sausage rolls and sweet pastries. The mexican pie is probably one of the best pies I’ve had in terms of flavour and creativity. Delicious and would come back again.

We recently had Brown Sugar Bakery to make a small wedding cake. It.turned out perfect. It was exactly what we wanted & was so delicious. The service.& communication was outstanding. The cost was very reasonable also ! Will definately be back & highly recommend.

Best bakery on the Central Coast. Their award winning Sourdough, 🥧 pies and cakes 🎂 are all to die for. We've had a few cakes made here, large and small, they have all been deliciously tasty and beautifully decorated. Can't recommend this bakery highly enough, 100 out of 100.

The brisket beef pie at Brown Sugar Bakery is a must try. For about $10, you get double the filling of a standard pie and a perfectly flaky pastry. It’s easily one of the top 5 pies I’ve ever had.

Amazing gem of a bakery with delish pies 😋 MAKE SURE YOU STOP HERE! 🛑 I was just travelling along the Central Coast and frankly, stopped just because they were the only cafe open on Boxing Day. But bowl me over! This bakery has won SO MANY awards for its pies, the awards can't even all fit on the wall. The flavors were amazing and the staff fantastic. Small bar of bench seating inside. Good coffee, too.

A huge round of applause for the legends who said Brown Sugar Bakery in Forresters beach Central Coast had excellent pies. Just had myself the brisket chirizo cheese, absolutely sensational pie. Heavy one hander that was perfectly done. The temperature, size, price (think it was $9.50 for the pie, all up $14.50 for the pie and a small coffee) and the filling, all above anything I've eaten before. Huge chunks of perfectly cooked brisket in a beautiful sauce. So good I sit in the car park in front of the bakery writing this. Such a shame we don't live nearby, would have loved to try the others if this is the standard. 9.5 out out of 10, one of if not the best pies I've ever eaten! Lucky locals and visitors forsure!!
